Babies, Bees, and a Farmyard Mysteries

If you ever wondered what pure, unfiltered farm chaos looks like… welcome to spring at Basil & Bloom!

There’s a whole lot happening around here. Our bees are about to move in, and we’re buzzing (pun totally intended) with excitement. Fresh honey and happy gardens are just around the corner — fingers crossed they love their new home as much as we do.

Meanwhile, the rabbits have decided it’s time to expand the family. We’re officially on baby bunny watch! And as if the cuteness meter wasn’t already maxed out, our baby ducks are hatching. There’s truly nothing sweeter than fluffy little ducklings waddling around the farm.

Of course, farm life wouldn’t be complete without a little bit of mystery and mischief. Our turkeys have been pulling disappearing acts lately — Houdini would be proud. And our poor male turkey… bless his heart, he’s trying, but all he’s managed to produce so far are infertile eggs. No turkey poults for us this season, but we’re still cheering him on (from a respectful distance, of course).

It’s a beautiful, messy, magical season here at Basil & Bloom — full of surprises, small miracles, and plenty of good stories.
